The BRETT on ETH Meme Generator ("the app") lets you describe a scene and forge a BRETT on ETH #0X240 character image on demand, through this website or through our Telegram bot. This page explains what information the app handles and why. We keep this deliberately small: the app is a meme generator, not an account-based service.

What we collect

• The prompts you submit. The text you type to describe a scene is sent to our image model to generate your picture.
• The images that are generated. Each result is stored so it can be shown to you, displayed in the public Meme Museum gallery, and re-served by its link.
• Basic generation metadata. We store details such as the art style applied, a creation timestamp, vote tallies, and visibility status alongside each image.
• Telegram identifiers. If you use the Telegram bot, the chat ID that Telegram provides is used to deliver your generated image back to that conversation.
• Admin sessions. For the single site administrator, a hashed session token and the admin email are stored so moderation controls can be unlocked. No end-user accounts or passwords are collected.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store names, end-user passwords, wallet keys, or payment details. The app has no user sign-up. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How your information is used

• To generate the image you requested and return it to you.
• To display recent creations in the public gallery and let visitors vote on them.
• To let the administrator remove images that do not match the BRETT character.

Generated images are public

Images you create may appear in the public Meme Museum and are reachable by anyone who has the image link. Please do not include private or sensitive information in your prompts.

Third parties

The app runs on Netlify, which hosts the site, runs its serverless functions, and provides the storage and database used to keep images and metadata. Image generation is performed by Google's gemini-2.5-flash-image model accessed through the Netlify AI Gateway. Telegram delivers messages for the bot. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy terms.

Retention

Generated images and their metadata are retained so the gallery and image links keep working. Images removed by the administrator are hidden from the gallery. Admin sessions expire automatically after seven days.
